See below examples of a few events that we have managed in 2014. We have provided our project management and technical support service to lots of great businesses throughout the United Kingdom. With our help they ran a very successful event and managed to exceed their expectations.
Agency:
WRG Creative
Role: Overnight Production Manager
Audience Size: 800
Overview: To help and support the production manager during the event and ensure all work was completed to stick to the schedule for the next day. The venue was Roundhouse in Camden and the Client – Wella Hair Products. The event was a fashion show and awards dinner.
Role: Production Manager
Audience Size: 600 to 2000
Overview: To organise and manage 3 festival sites in Manchester, London and the Isle of Wight. The role involved liaising and working with 3 separate management companies about our proposal. We were working for an Italian drinks manufacturer - to promote a summer cocktail Aperol Spritz. 3 Sea containers were converted – 2 were 12.2 Mt one of which housed a bar. The other was a storage facility and photo booth opportunity. When all containers were joined up, levelled and positioned an upper deck was also formed for up to 100 people. Beyond the containers was outdoor decking housing a welcome entrance, DJ Booth and rain/ sun shelters.
Agency: MMA
Role: Production Manager/ Supplier
Audience Size: 200
Overview: To supply all technical equipment including 3 cameras with PPU and recording facility. The client was a security company and the delegates came from all over the world. There were a lot of constraints within the room, along with the time limit to set up in time for rehearsals and the budget. All these issues were overcome by having the correct personnel and configuring the equipment beforehand to compensate for the lack of time.
